I sincerely congratulate you on the New Year 2026!
The past year has been a difficult and eventful one. The Ukrainian people continue their struggle for independence and freedom.
Our community lived through 2025 under the sound of alarms, in constant danger, but with faith, unity, and responsibility for each other.
In these difficult conditions, the community lived and worked: critical infrastructure, utilities, and social institutions were maintained, assistance was provided to the military, internally displaced persons, the elderly, and families with children were supported. Everyone in their place did everything possible to ensure that life continued.
I express my sincere gratitude to our Defenders, who defend Ukraine and allow us to celebrate the New Year at home. I thank the volunteers, doctors, utility workers, service workers, and all community residents for their endurance, solidarity, and mutual support.
We enter the New Year with hope. Hope for the end of the war, for the return of peace, for reconstruction and development. There is a lot of work ahead, but I am sure that together we will cope.
I wish every family the most important thing: safety, health, warmth and faith. May the New Year be a year of life without war, a year of light and justice for all of Ukraine. I believe that together we will overcome all difficulties and build the future we deserve.
