
Who is eligible for assistance:
– internally displaced person;
– a person residing in front-line territories – provided that they and their family members do not have ownership rights to residential real estate objects registered in the State Register of Real Estate Rights, except for objects located in the territories of active hostilities or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation territories of Ukraine, for which the dates of the end of hostilities or temporary occupation have not been determined.
State aid is provided by paying:
– 70 % of the down payment on a loan under the eOselya program (but not more than 30 % of the value of the real estate object, the value of which does not exceed 2 million UAH);
– payment during the first year from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement of a part of the monthly loan payment (no more than 70% of the corresponding amount of the monthly obligation);
– payment of UAH 40,000 to pay for the cost of services, one-time commissions, one-time bank commission for granting a loan, fees (except for state duty) and insurance payments on the loan.

IMPORTANTLY!
– The amount of state assistance received is not taken into account when calculating the total family income for receiving all types of social assistance provided in accordance with the legislation.
– State aid is not provided in the event of alienation by a person or a member of his or her family of residential real estate objects in the territory controlled by Ukraine within 36 months prior to the date of submission of the person's application for state aid.
– While receiving assistance for loan repayment, a person cannot simultaneously use other programs for IDPs aimed at solving the housing issue (housing assistance, housing rental subsidy).
