The other day, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, took part in the National Forum on Resilience and Good Governance, which took place in Kyiv. The event became a large-scale platform for discussing key reforms in the areas of local self-government, regional development, and increasing the state's resilience in wartime.
The forum was attended by representatives of the Government and the Verkhovna Rada, international organizations, the diplomatic corps, as well as community leaders from different regions of Ukraine.
During the discussions, together with colleagues from the Kharkiv region, the head of the Chuhuiv community discussed current issues of decentralization, regional development, and the challenges facing local self-government in the face of a full-scale invasion. Halyna Minaeva also shared the community's experience in organizing governance and ensuring the sustainable functioning of the territory.
According to her, the introduction of international and national dialogue during such events contributes to the formation of sustainable, effective, and capable communities, which is the foundation of Ukraine's future.
