The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1301 of October 10, 2025, which amended the Procedure for Using State Budget Funds to Compensate for Expenses for Humanitarian Demining of Agricultural Land.
According to the current amendments, it is stipulated that "Individuals (including households, individuals engaged in activities related to personal farming, self-employed persons in the agricultural sector without creating a legal entity) have the right to compensation for costs for humanitarian demining of agricultural land.".
The decision is aimed at supporting citizens and restoring the safe use of land for agricultural production.
