For Children's Day, which this year will be celebrated in Ukraine on November 20, Universal Children's Day, the Office of the President of Ukraine has prepared a video for the public about the early intervention service for children who have or may have developmental disabilities.
The campaign aims to raise public awareness of the importance of early intervention as an effective mechanism for supporting families with young children, including those with special educational needs. The campaign also implements the objectives of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine for the period until 2030 and the Action Plan for 2025–2026, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Office of the President emphasizes that the promotion of early intervention will help families better understand the needs of children who require additional support, and will also contribute to the formation of an inclusive and barrier-free environment in communities throughout Ukraine.
