The National Social Service of Ukraine has developed a survey to identify obstacles to access to social protection, administrative, social, medical, educational, cultural, transport services, physical education and sports, legal aid for vulnerable groups of girls and boys, women and men who live in cities, rural areas and may find themselves or have found themselves in difficult life circumstances defined by law, as well as representatives of national minorities (communities) and the impact of armed aggression on access to services.
