The Government of Ukraine, acting on the instructions of the President of Ukraine, presented Veteran PRO — a state digital platform for veterans and their families, which collects all information about benefits, programs, services, and opportunities in one place. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
The platform was created to make government support simple, understandable, and accessible. Veteran PRO brings together in one place information about programs for treatment, rehabilitation, prosthetics, education, employment, housing, sports, business development, social protection, and other areas.
The user selects their status — veteran, person with a disability as a result of war, family member of a deceased Defender — and receives a personalized itinerary with step-by-step instructions. Each stage is linked to the corresponding sections, which contain a description of the services, requirements, links to services, and contacts of responsible institutions.
The platform is designed to reduce bureaucracy and increase trust in government services. Veterans and their families can quickly find the information they need, receive services online, or consult with support specialists.
Veteran PRO will soon be expanded: an AI chatbot for quick consultations, regional programs with unique offers for each region, a catalog of business discounts, and full integration with the "Diya" platform will appear.
Veteran PRO is a step towards a digital state without barriers, where support for veterans becomes simple, understandable, and accessible to everyone.
