The rules for applying for deferments from mobilization are changing in Ukraine starting Saturday. The relevant amendments to Cabinet Resolution No. 560 come into effect on November 1 and provide, in particular, the possibility of submitting an application for deferment through the network of offices of the Center for Administrative Services (CASA).
Iryna Vyshlova, head of the administrative services department of the Chuhuiv City Council, explained how the new service will work.
