On October 1, the Government adopted Resolution No. 1219 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Payment of Certain Types of State Aid”, which extended the deadline for physical identification of recipients of certain types of state aid until November 1, 2025.
We remind you that physical identification within the specified period must be carried out by recipients of state social benefits who, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, were registered with social protection agencies located in temporarily occupied territories or areas of active hostilities, and after February 24, 2022 did not apply for the continuation of payments in other territories.
In particular, this applies to recipients of state social benefits: persons who are not entitled to a pension, and persons with disabilities or persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities.
