Today, a meeting of the city headquarters was held to prepare the economic complex and social facilities for work in the autumn-winter period of 2025-2026, chaired by the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina MINAYEVA. The event summed up the results of the intense six-month work on preparing the community's infrastructure for the new heating season.
The meeting was attended by heads of specialized enterprises and institutions, who, together with representatives of the city authorities, examined in detail all aspects of preparedness for the upcoming winter. Particular attention was paid to issues of security and energy sustainability in the face of constant hostile attacks on municipal infrastructure.
During the reporting period, significant work was carried out on the technical preparation of heating networks and boiler houses, backup energy supply of critically important facilities, creation of fuel and material reserves, and preparation of emergency recovery services.
One of the key challenges for the sustainable functioning of the housing and communal services sector remains the population's debt for utility services, in particular for heat supply. In conditions where current tariffs do not correspond to the actual cost of services, the accumulation of debts creates a critical threat to the operation of the utility sector.
The city authorities call on community residents to take a responsible approach to paying for utility services, as timely payments are the key to the smooth functioning of life support systems in winter.
The community leadership expressed sincere gratitude to the collectives of communal enterprises, organizations and social institutions for their selfless preparation for the autumn-winter period. Despite hostile shelling and a difficult financial situation, communal workers are making maximum efforts to ensure comfortable living conditions for community residents.
The headquarters meeting did not complete the work on preparing for winter - it continues in an intensified mode. Life in war conditions has taught us to prepare for the most difficult scenarios and set ourselves maximum tasks to ensure the life of the community.
The city headquarters will continue regular meetings throughout the heating season to promptly resolve current issues and coordinate the actions of all services.
