The State Labor Service of Ukraine (SLSU), together with the Coordination Center for Mental Health of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, is conducting a survey among employers on practices for supporting employees' mental health at work. The study is being conducted as part of the implementation of the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" - an initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
The goal is to investigate the current state of implementation of mental health initiatives in companies, identify the main barriers and business needs in this area, collect best practices of implemented solutions, and form practical support tools for employers.
The questionnaire is aimed at HR professionals, but other representatives of companies that care about working conditions and employee well-being can also participate in filling it out. It only takes a few minutes of your time, but it is a significant contribution to the development of a healthy and safe working environment in Ukraine.
