The Chuguiv urban territorial community successfully passed the competitive selection and became a participant in the International Organization for Migration (IOM) project "Path to Protection and Sustainable Solutions.".
The project aims to support people affected by the war in Ukraine and develop sustainable solutions for the recovery and development of communities. The initiative is already holding dialogue and strategy sessions, during which representatives of local governments, civil society organizations and active community residents jointly identify key challenges and develop ways to address them.
The results of these discussions will form the basis for a Resilience Plan and a Community Safety Plan, which will help increase the readiness of the Chuhuiv community to possible challenges.
Also, within the framework of the project, the community will have the opportunity to implement two important initiatives: a project to increase community resilience - for the amount of up to UAH 1.2 million and a project in the field of community safety - for the amount of up to UAH 600 thousand.
We express our sincere gratitude to our partners for their support and the opportunities provided to develop and strengthen our community.
