Dear Defenders of Ukraine!
I sincerely congratulate you on the Day of the Tank Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
Today we honor those who serve in one of the most important branches of our army. Tank units have always been and remain a powerful striking force, a symbol of the strength and invincibility of the Ukrainian army.
In the conditions of a full-scale armed invasion by Russia, our tankers prove their professionalism, courage and devotion to the Motherland every day. On the battlefields from Donbas to Kherson region, from Kharkiv region to Zaporizhia, Ukrainian tank crews restrain the enemy, liberate occupied territories, and protect civilians. Demonstrating professional class and heroism, they became a real threat to the Russian occupiers, destroying thousands of enemy vehicles, liberating dozens of settlements, and saving thousands of civilians.
On behalf of the entire community, I sincerely thank the active tankers who are today on the front lines holding the defense, conducting counteroffensive operations, destroying enemy equipment and manpower of the occupier, the veterans of the tank troops who have passed on to the younger generation the combat experience, traditions and indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian army, the members of the tankers' families - for your patience, support, faith and expectation of their loved ones returning home, the defense industry workers who repair, modernize and provide our armored vehicles with everything necessary for victory, everyone who provides tank units - mechanics, signalmen, medics, logisticians, without whom the effective work of tank crews is impossible.
Each tank crew is a close-knit team of professionals, where the commander, gunner, and driver act as a single organism. Your coordination, mutual assistance, and combat brotherhood are an example for the entire Ukrainian army. May the Lord protect you, may you return home alive and healthy. May your tanks always be impenetrable to the enemy, and your shots accurate.
