On September 1, 2025, the Budget Forecast of the Chuguiv Urban Territorial Community for 2026-2028 was reviewed and approved.
The budget forecast of the Chuguiv urban territorial community for 2026-2028 was developed on the basis of the Budget and Tax Codes of Ukraine, the Budget Declaration for 2026-2028, aims to restore and further develop medium-term budget planning to ensure financial stability, public investment planning, and is the basis for drawing up the draft local budget for 2026.
The forecast was formed in conditions of maximum uncertainty caused by active hostilities, includes the main indicators of economic and social development of the Chuguiv community, forecast budget indicators by main types of income, financing and expenditures, and the relationship between the budget of the Chuguiv urban territorial community with the state budget and other local budgets.
The budget forecast of the Chuguiv urban territorial community is based on the principles of balance, reasonableness, efficiency and effectiveness. The main task of forecasting is to determine the volume of resources for the medium-term perspective and establish a relationship between the priorities of community development and budget capabilities, ensure stable operations of budget institutions, and continue cooperation with international organizations.
The forecast budget of the Chuhuiv urban territorial community for the medium-term period 2026-2028 is calculated as follows: for 2026 - in the amount of UAH 404.7 million; for 2027 - in the amount of UAH 453.7 million; for 2028 - in the amount of UAH 478.0 million.
Separately, the volume of public investments for three years has been determined - UAH 25 million, which is planned to be directed to the development of key industries.
The forecast takes into account the amount of expenditures necessary to ensure the stable operation of institutions and establishments of the socio-cultural sphere, maintain housing and communal facilities in good condition, protect the population in case of emergencies and continue to develop the civil defense system, develop medicine and education, including the modernization of healthcare facilities and schools, support for the military, war veterans, and Defenders of Ukraine.
