On August 15, 2025, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, held a working meeting with the coordinator of the humanitarian fund "Posmishka" Iryna Khyzhnyak.
– We discussed the implementation of the project «Life without Barriers», namely work with children, case management of social support for internally displaced persons, families in difficult life circumstances, payment of cash assistance.
