Today marks a significant date in the history of our community – the 82nd anniversary of the liberation of Chuguev from the Nazi invaders. In the morning, the heads of the city and district military administrations, Galina Minaeva and Serhiy Lobodenko, employees of local authorities, as well as representatives of veteran public organizations, came to honor the memory of the heroes-liberators at the Memorial to the fallen soldiers of World War II. After a minute of silence, they laid flowers at the Memorial.
Now, like 82 years ago, the residents of our community, shoulder to shoulder with the sons and daughters of all of Ukraine, are defending their native land from other invaders.
So the memory lives on, and the struggle continues...
