From July 5, 2025, the mandatory submission of statistical and financial reporting has been restored.
This is provided for by the amendments made to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of the Interests of Subjects of Reporting and Other Documents during the Period of Martial Law or a State of War.".
This means that:
- Reporting is again mandatory for all enterprises, institutions, organizations, and entrepreneurs involved in state statistical observations.
- If you did not submit reports for previous periods (in 2022–2025), you must now submit them within three months – by October 5, 2025.
Returning to reporting today is much more than just fulfilling a duty. It is a conscious contribution to the country's recovery. Full reporting allows for the collection of reliable statistical data, without which effective governance, economic recovery, and policy planning are impossible.
