The Kharkiv Regional Employment Center informs that recruitment for training in entrepreneurship is ongoing as part of the project "A Capable Woman - the Pillar of Ukraine" for women of the Kharkiv region, which is implemented by the NGO "Ukrainian Women's Guard" with the technical support of UN Women in Ukraine and funded by the UN Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). "A Capable Woman - the Pillar of Ukraine" is:
- free trainings on entrepreneurial skills for women from Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region;
- mentoring support during business startup;
- the opportunity to communicate with owners of large companies;
- bonus classes: psychological sessions, tactical medicine training, training on preventing and combating gender-based violence, and much more.
Training will take place: July 19-21, 2025. Training format: offline. Cost: free (training, travel, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the organizers).
During the training period, participants will learn:
- how to overcome the fear of the unknown;
- where to find funds for your business idea;
- how to create a powerful personal brand;
- how to master the basics of accounting and not get lost among the legal nuances.
After completing the training, participants will be supported by specialists who will be happy to provide support during the launch of their business.
