In a solemn atmosphere, Halyna Mykolaivna, together with the head of the Chuhuivsk SMS Department, Viktor Manko, presented three 14-year-old residents of the community with their first adult document – a passport of a Citizen of our native Ukraine. The event was dedicated to the Constitution Day of Ukraine.
“A passport is not just a document. It is a symbol of belonging to the great Ukrainian family, to the people who heroically defend their land, their values, and their future.
Today, in the conditions of the cruel war waged against us by the Russian aggressor, every Ukrainian heart beats with special force. And the appearance among the full citizens of our state of these three wonderful children is evidence that Ukraine will stand, live and will live!
They are the hope of our community, our state. I believe that each of our young compatriots will grow up to be a worthy Ukrainian, conscious and responsible, ready to work for the prosperity of our city, Kharkiv region, and all of Ukraine.
Thank you to the families of Polina, Arseny, and Dmytro, their teachers, and everyone who instills in our children a love for their homeland. Together, we are invincible. And we will definitely win.
"May the passport of a citizen of Ukraine become for you, my dear young friends, a guide in life, a source of pride, strength, and faith," the community leader wrote on her Facebook page.
