
Prolonged psychological pressure, gossip, being ignored in the team, unjustified deprivation of bonuses - all this can be not just "working misunderstandings", but mobbing.
Such actions are subject to liability, as lawyers of the BPD system explain.
What is mobbing?
Mobbing is systematic and deliberate harassment by colleagues or management, the purpose of which is to force a person to change working conditions.
It is not mobbing.

Responsibility for mobbing
The law provides for administrative liability:
- fine for citizens - from 850 to 1700 UAH;
- for officials or individual entrepreneurs - from 1,700 to 3,400 UAH;
- or community service (from 20 to 60 hours - depending on the situation).
If the harassment is repeated or committed by a group of people, the fines are doubled.
