Videos are being spread on TikTok about "Resolution 4425" allegedly adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on payments to those citizens who did not leave the territory of Ukraine after February 24, 2022.
The program is supposedly implemented through "eSupport", payments are made in the "Diya" application. To get more detailed instructions, users are encouraged to follow the link in the "profile header.".
In fact, this is a fake. The Verkhovna Rada website does not contain a resolution on the payment of UAH 24,000 in one-time assistance to Ukrainians who remained in Ukraine after the start of the full-scale invasion.
The authors of the video intentionally forged the design of the Verkhovna Rada website to make their fake story more believable. And the link they encourage you to click on leads to anonymous TG channels.
Such fakes are spread with the aim of increasing the reach and audience of a particular resource.
