A donor is always selflessness and care. This is a person who shares a part of himself, his life and health with others. And to donors, our daily deepest gratitude and respect.
And these feelings are even greater on the eve of World Blood Donor Day, which will be celebrated tomorrow.
On this occasion, by order of the head of the city military administration, Galina Minaeva, two of our compatriots were awarded the mayor's thanks at once - Tetyana Baranyuk and Tatyana Vyugova.
Both of them are Honorary Donors of Ukraine, both have many dozens of blood donations behind them. Each of them is a small feat, saving the lives of dozens of people.
During the award ceremony for distinguished donors, Deputy Head of the MVA Igor Shepelev noted that the community is proud of such people. People who live ordinary lives next to us, and at the same time modestly, without publicity, save the lives of others.
