The United Nations Development Programme Office, within the framework of the comprehensive "Ukraine Resilience and Recovery Programme", has announced a tender for conducting a non-technical survey of the territory of the Kharkiv region and informing the population about mine risks.
SE "Ukroboronservice" plans to form teams exclusively from war veterans who have status in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection.".
In accordance with the requirements of the United Nations Development Programs, more than 60 war veterans will be involved as participants, distributed as follows:
*30% (20 people) veterans – women;
*30% (20 people) war veterans with category II or III disabilities in accordance with current legislation.
SE "Ukroboronservice" will involve war veterans in the implementation of this project in the Kharkiv region, train them, provide them with equipment and gear, and conclude civil-legal agreements.
