Legal employment can be profitable. If, of course, our local entrepreneurs participate in the "Employment" program, which the Chuhuiv community is currently participating in.
In the Kharkiv region, it is implemented by the international organization Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine (JERU) and the charitable foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" with funds from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
On May 23, 2025, a presentation of the program for local entrepreneurs took place in Chuguiev. Its benefits are obvious. If an entrepreneur officially employs at least two employees from vulnerable categories, then within three months he will receive UAH 18,000 per month for each such employee. Priority is given to the employment of internally displaced persons, war veterans, people with disabilities, single parents, etc.
Addressing potential employers in our community, Deputy Mayor Igor Kashchavtsev urged them to actively participate in the implementation of the "Employment" program, because in difficult times for the Ukrainian economy, we need to use any support opportunities provided by our foreign partners.
