The State Agrarian Register (DAR) is an information and communication system that ensures the collection, accumulation, integration, storage, protection, accounting, display, processing, confidentiality of registry data, provision and use of registry information, provision of administrative and other public services to entities, electronic data exchange in the areas of ensuring the formation and implementation of state agrarian policy, state policy in the fields of agriculture and on issues of state food security.
