The practice of visiting citizens continues in the Chuguiv community. On May 15, 2025, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, together with her colleagues, met with residents of the Zarozhnensky starostyn district. According to Galina Minaeva, this form of communication with residents is relevant even despite the war, because feedback between the authorities and citizens should not depend on where a particular settlement in the community is located.
During the on-site reception, the most pressing issues of today's Zarozhny and Tetleha were discussed: the work of the village head, the state of socio-economic development, social protection, the prospects of educational institutions, and problems of communal services.
Currently, 710 people live in Zarozhne and Tetlez, which are part of this starosta district. By the standards of the entire community, this is not a lot, but the leadership of the Chuhuiv community continues to do everything in their power so that the residents of this and other villages do not feel forgotten.
In her Telegram channel, Galina Minaeva wrote:
– In recent years, we have been conducting systematic work to solve the long-standing problems of Zarozhne and Tetlega. With the involvement of charitable organizations, two water towers have been installed, and pumping equipment has been updated. We are currently streamlining the situation with the removal of solid household waste by installing “shuttles”. We have begun to solve the problem of filling roads and will gradually continue this work.
We are also concerned about the children of the village. A shelter has been set up for them, where schoolchildren can make up for their educational losses.
A large part of our work is attracting various humanitarian aid both for the villagers themselves and for internally displaced persons living in Zarozhne.
A particularly pleasant moment is the high activity of the residents of Zarozhne in programs to assist in the development of agriculture. By participating in grant programs, local farmers and sole proprietors receive funds to purchase agricultural equipment, animal feed, and seeds. We will continue to support such activity in every way!
It is nice that the conversation did not become a monologue - the residents of the district expressed their comments and wishes. We will listen to them, in particular, in matters of rational use of administrative buildings and the functioning of social institutions.
Yesterday's meeting showed that the Zarozhnoye Starostynskyi District is not just alive, it is developing. For our part, we will do everything in our power to ensure that this development gains momentum.
