The Chuguiv community commemorated the 39th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. On April 26, 2025, the heads of the city military administration and city council, along with veteran liquidators, gathered at the monument to the Chernobyl heroes in the morning.
They remembered those comrades who had already passed away and discussed today's problems of the veteran community.
Also on this day, fellow countrymen who fought against the nuclear element 39 years ago were honored in the rural settlements of the community.
