Compensation of part of the salary of young workers is an effective tool that helps reduce the financial burden on the employer at the initial stage of cooperation. For small and medium-sized businesses, this can be an additional incentive to expand the team and create new jobs, which, in turn, contributes to economic growth. For young people, such support is a motivation to get officially employed, which opens the way to stable work and gaining their first professional experience.
