On April 9, employees of the Chuguiv Primary Health Care Center learned how to do this under the guidance of a specialist from the international humanitarian organization Handicap International.
Handicap International has been working in Ukraine since March 2022, primarily in communities most affected by Russian aggression. One of the areas of work is psychological support for different segments of the population.
Such support is very important today, especially for doctors, because while helping others, they themselves often encounter such phenomena as stress, professional burnout, and chronic fatigue. The participants of today's training learned to recognize these conditions and be able to overcome them with the help of special exercises.
Let's hope that by learning to help ourselves better, our doctors and nurses will be even better at helping us, the patients.
