The 14th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Aerial Systems is one of the most effective and technologically advanced units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is the only unit in the world that operates almost all existing unmanned aerial systems. We inflict damage on the enemy both at the tactical level and deep inside its territory.
The unit was created in October 2022 as an experimental UAV battalion as part of the 190th training center. It quickly demonstrated its effectiveness, so it was based on its model that separate UAV companies were created in most of the active combat brigades of the Defense Forces.
On August 22, 2023, the unit officially became the 14th Separate UAV Regiment. It was led by an officer with the call sign “Charlie” — a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war since 2014 and a full holder of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky. In the summer of 2024, the 14th Separate UAV Regiment became part of the newly created Unmanned Systems Forces.
The 14th Separate Airborne Rifle Regiment has gathered the best fighters with diverse combat experience and from different components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, from the Special Operations Command to the Marines. In the regiment's support units, experienced engineers and other specialists work on unique systems, which help us stay at the forefront of progress. Today, you can serve alongside them and learn their knowledge and skills by joining the regiment through the direct mobilization procedure. We will talk about it further.
● The first stage of our acquaintance, which does not obligate you to anything, is filling out a questionnaire on our website 14reg.army. Leave your resume and contact details, and our recruiters will contact you. We keep your data confidential in our department and do not share it with anyone.
● Recruiters will conduct an online interview with you. During this interview, you will be able to choose a position based on your preferences, experience, and skills, and ask any questions you may have. After that, you will undergo psychological testing, OSINT screening, and for some positions, a polygraph test.
● Since the 14th Separate Airborne Rifle Regiment has been designated by the General Staff as a priority unit, we can immediately attach you to our regiment. To do this, you must write an application for mobilization. After that, we inform the RTCC at your place of registration that we plan to mobilize you directly, and send you to this RTCC for a military medical commission.
● To pass the VLK, you will have 5 days of “immunity”, during which you cannot be bothered with other matters, since you are going directly to our unit. Remember: we are always in touch and ready to advise and help.
● After passing the VLK, we will inform you of the date when you need to come to our unit to complete the paperwork. You will have time to complete your civil affairs.
● From our unit, you will go to basic combined arms training, which will last 50 days. If you have an officer rank, the procedure will be slightly different: you will attend officer courses at one of the higher military educational institutions, which will last 30 days.
● After completing basic training, you will return to our unit. Here you will receive professional training, adaptation to your new position, and full integration with your colleagues.
● But your training doesn't end there. The regiment's soldiers regularly train and engage in tactical and medical training, undergo professional training and various advanced training courses.
Apply your civilian life skills to the military or learn something new and become a professional. For us, the main thing is your motivation and desire to work for results.
Choose your own future — don't wait for someone else to choose for you. Join the 14th Regiment!
