3. Select Action.Card to receive payments and send an application
After the application is approved, the funds will be received automatically six days after the application for the Action Card is completed.
Pay attention! If you received funds in the first quarter and used them for sports, then you do not need to submit an application in the second quarter, the funds will be received automatically.
Requirements for program participants:
- Availability of a verified RNOKPP (taxpayer registration card registration number)

Use of funds:
Financial assistance can be used at any sports facility that has a vendor category code (MCC) of 7941 «Physical Education and Sports» or 7997 «Clubs — Country Clubs, Membership (Sports, Recreation, Sports).» This allows veterans to choose from a wide range of sports facilities across the country.
Involvement of sports institutions:
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine invites sports institutions to join the Veteran Sports program. To do this, you must officially work, have an appropriate seller category code (MCC) and use a POS terminal for contactless payment. Institutions that meet these criteria can place the «Veteran Sports Here» logo to inform visitors about their participation in the program. You can download the logo here by reference.
If your POS terminal does not have the codes 7941 and 7997, or you do not know how to check it, contact the bank with which you have an acquiring agreement. The code change procedure takes 1-2 business days and is free of charge.
