The Chuhuyiv community is participating in the implementation of a project to create local fire departments in the Kharkiv region. It involves organizing voluntary fire brigades in settlements that are more than 25 km away from the State Emergency Service units.
In the Chuhuiv community, such a team will be created in the village of Velyka Babka with the support of Leonid Lysachenko, the head of the agricultural company "Zorya". The necessary premises have already been equipped, where a fire engine is located, which was provided by the regional department of the State Emergency Service.
Yesterday, the head of the Chuguiv MVA, Galyna Minaeva, met with representatives of the Chuguiv District Department of the State Emergency Service and the head of the agricultural company "Zorya" to agree on the issue of further equipping the fire brigade with all the necessary equipment and training its participants.
The volunteer fire brigade in Velyka Babka will provide an operational and quick response to fires and other emergencies that may arise in the rural settlements of the community.
