He was a man who devoted his entire life to serving people and his native land. Viktor Ivanovich always enjoyed respect and authority not only from his colleagues, but from all the people who had the opportunity to communicate with him.
Viktor Ivanovich's only son, Andriy, died heroically defending his homeland from Russian invaders.
