Such a partnership will take place within the framework of the "Shoulder-to-Shoulder" project, which this year became a state program and expanded to all frontline communities.
This project involves providing assistance from home front communities to communities that suffer daily from enemy actions.
Within the framework of the program, it is planned to rebuild more than 10 thousand objects of various infrastructure. It is assumed that the program will be financed according to the formula 50%+25%+25%: half of the funds are state funding, 25% are funds from communities that will provide support, and another 25% are from the budgets of communities that need it.
About 200 communities have already requested assistance, including Chuhuivska.
And it is very pleasing that two communities responded to our call for support at once – Illinetska, Vinnytsia region, and Fastivska, Kyiv region.
Yesterday, a delegation of mayors of Ukrainian cities participating in the “Side by Side” program visited Chuguiv.
First of all, they were interested in the experience of Chugui residents in restoring social infrastructure facilities - the hospital and Lyceum No. 2.
According to the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva, it is in equipping these two facilities that we need assistance from partners under the “Side by Side” program.
Galina Mykolaivna expressed her gratitude to them for their willingness to help, despite the economic difficulties that all settlements in Ukraine are experiencing today, no matter how far they are from the front line.
