Next Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 11:00 to 15:00, the ASC of the Chuguiv City Council will host a reception of citizens by lawyers of the Charitable Organization "Charitable Fund "Right to Protection" on useful and relevant issues:
- the procedure for obtaining the status of an internally displaced person, as well as other population groups affected by the conflict;
- procedure for documenting damaged/destroyed housing;
- recognition of a person as a victim of war crimes;
- restoration of lost documents (passport, property documents);
- injuries/deaths as a result of hostilities, missing in combat zones (except for military personnel);
- establishing the fact of birth/death in the temporarily occupied territories;
- the procedure for assigning social protection payments to internally displaced persons and persons affected by the military conflict (problematic issues regarding assignment, delays, refusal of payments) by social protection bodies;
- conditions for payment of financial assistance from international organizations;
- pension issues (restoration of pension payments, repayment of debts, conditions of appointment);
- and any other legal matters.
