Despite all the difficulties of wartime, the students and teachers of the children's music school presented the residents of the Chuhuiv community with a real celebration of art - a touching New Year's and Christmas concert was held in the shelter as part of the "Cozy Living Room" project.
The concert took place in an unusual environment. The shelter turned into a stage full of sincere emotions and musical creativity. Young talents and their teachers presented a diverse creative program to the audience. For the first time after a long break due to the war, live music was heard at the music school concert. Moreover, for many students, participation in the concert was their debut performance on the big stage.
«"For us, this is more than a concert - it is a symbol that music can overcome any difficulties," say the school's teachers. "We are proud of our children, who, even in such difficult times, find the strength to engage in art and give their creativity to others.".
Parents and spectators did not hide their tears – each composition sounded like a small victory over circumstances. The performances of the youngest students, who only a few months ago picked up their first musical instruments and began studying music, were especially touching. The teachers, who also participated in the concert, showed how important it is to support and inspire children by their example.
At the end of the holiday, the young artists received sweet gifts from the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva.
