At the initiative of the working group on improving the budget process during the term of office of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, budget hearings were held on the draft budget of the Chuguiv City Territorial Community for 2025. The event, which was held by the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva, was attended by representatives of the main budget administrators, city council members, heads of municipal enterprises, and representatives of the public.
Deputy Head of the Financial Department, Olga Hryshchenko, informed those present of the indicators of the revenue part of the community budget for 2025, taking into account actual and expected revenues by the end of 2024, the volumes of inter-budgetary transfers from the State and budgets of other territorial communities, and the estimated indicators of the expenditure part of the community budget for 2025.
The main managers of funds presented preliminary calculations for their budget requests, justifying in detail all areas of expenditure in accordance with the proven thresholds. As the speakers noted, the full-scale war forced the community to radically change its orientations. The priority now is to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law and order, the safety of the population, ensuring the work of housing and communal services, healthcare, education and social spheres.
Summing up the hearings, Halyna Minaeva emphasized that only through joint efforts can we expect relative stability from 2025. It will not be easy, but everyone in their place must do their job and unite for the common goal - the Victory of Ukraine.
