The "Code UA" forum was held in the Kharkiv region with the participation of the head of the KHOV Oleg Synegubov and the head of the regional council Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko. During the event, awards were presented to representatives of youth centers, heads of youth councils, and members of student self-government bodies of higher education institutions in the Kharkiv region.
