This holiday is not only for employees of local governments, deputies, self-organization bodies of the population, and public organizations, but also for all citizens who care about our territorial community and demonstrate an active civic position.
Today, in the conditions of a full-scale war, the importance of local self-government has taken on special importance. You are the true heroes of the home front, those who daily ensure the life of the community, support people, and create the basis for our common resilience and victory.
Each of you demonstrates professionalism and dedication to your native community in your place. You promptly resolve urgent issues, support displaced persons, help the army, and ensure the safety and comfort of residents. Your work is a daily feat of service to people.
I am sincerely grateful to everyone who, despite difficult times, continues to work for the benefit of the community and Ukraine, demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and responsibility.
