Cases have become increasingly frequent when children receive messages on social networks from the special services of the aggressor country, which involve minors in underground subversive activities and committing illegal acts on the territory of our state.
To do this, the insidious enemy uses manipulation, psychological pressure, or offers to "earn" for completing a specific task: drawing graffiti or sticking a provocative leaflet or one containing elements of discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine; burning down military vehicles or administrative buildings, etc.
In this regard, we offer some advice to parents on how to protect children from illegal actions:
- Be more attentive to your children's behavior;
- set up parental controls on children's phones, laptops, and tablets;
- introduce restrictions on the visibility of the child's account to third parties on social networks so that attackers do not have the opportunity to invite them to anonymous chats;
- constantly warn your children about the treachery of the enemy and the legal responsibility for committing acts of sabotage;
- Work closely with other parents, teachers, social workers, and child welfare officials.;
- Do not hesitate to seek help from social services, psychologists, and law enforcement agencies.
Following these tips will help ensure your child's safety and avoid unpleasant situations!
«"We remind you that, according to Part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine who did not take any actions in fulfillment of a criminal task of a foreign state and voluntarily informed the state authorities of Ukraine about their connection with them or about the task received are exempt from criminal liability," representatives of law enforcement agencies report.
Remember! Children must be aware of the need to be involved in the future victory, as well as feel their own pride and self-identity.
