
The Chuhuyiv District Department of the Main Department of the State Service for the Supervision of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection in the Kharkiv Region reports that the organization of the educational process should not lead to overloading of students and should provide safe, harmless and healthy conditions for obtaining education.
Considering that the beginning of the new 2024-2025 academic year of educational institutions of all 9 communities of Chuguiv district began in a distance format, the main issue of ensuring the optimal load of students is the class schedule. It must comply with the hygienic rules for drawing up the schedule of classes and distributing the study load during the week. The activities of general secondary education institutions are organized in accordance with the requirements of the regulations Sanitary regulations for general secondary education institutions (Appendices 7 and 8), approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 09/25/2020 No. 2205, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 10, 2020 under No. 1111/35394, taking into account the adopted changes regarding the conduct of training classes under martial law.
Under martial law, the continuous duration of classes when organizing distance learning in a synchronous format should not exceed for students of all grades (1-11), namely:
- Grades 1-2: 2 study sessions of 30 minutes each or 3 of 20 minutes each;
- Grades 3-4: 2 lessons of 45 minutes each, or 3 of 30 minutes each, or 4 of 20 minutes each;
- Grades 5-6: 2 lessons of 45 minutes each, or 3 of 35 minutes each, or 4 of 25 minutes each;
- Grades 7-9: 2 lessons of 45 minutes each, or 3 of 40 minutes each, or 4 of 30 minutes each, or 5 of 25 minutes each;
- Grades 10-11: 3 study sessions of 45 minutes each, or 4 of 35 minutes each, or 5 of 30 minutes each, or 6 of 25 minutes each.
