Born on March 7, 1972 in Alchevsk, Luhansk region. In 1989, he received secondary education at school No. 14 in Alchevsk and entered the Shchastyn School of Radio Electronics. After a year of study, he was called up for military service, which he served in units of the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany until 1992.

After completing his military service, he continued his studies and received a degree in radio mechanics.

After graduating, he worked in Alchevsk in a television and radio workshop.

In 1994, he decided to sign a contract with the Donetsk Border Troop. Over time, he graduated from the warrant officer school and from 1997 he served in the city of Chuguiv at the warrant officer school of the Border Troops of Ukraine. From that time on, his whole life was connected with the city of Chuguiv.

He subsequently signed a contract with the Kharkiv Border Guard Unit, where he served until 2020 in positions related to the secret documentary support of the State Secret Service.

While serving in the Kharkiv Border Guard Unit, he participated in the ATO in the Kramatorsk and Chasovoyarsk directions.

After completing his service, Roman worked as part of the VOKHR in the city of Kharkiv. While in the reserve, in March 2022 he was called up for mobilization by the Chuguiv CCK and SP and sent to serve in the 227th Separate Territorial Defense Battalion.

По завершенню служби Роман працював у складі ВОХРу в місті Харків. Перебуваючи в запасі, в березні 2022 року призваний по мобілізації Чугуївським ТЦК та СП і направлений для проходження служби до 227 окремого батальйону територіальної оборони.

In mid-2023, he was seconded to the 225th Battalion, which was formed on March 8, 2022 as part of the 127th Territorial Defense Brigade of the city of Kharkiv from Kharkiv volunteers who stood up for the defense of the state and their native home, repelling the horde that tried to surround and capture the city. In July 2023, the battalion left the TRO and became a Separate Assault Battalion. Since then, Roman has served in the 225th OSHB.

Circumstances of death:

At the end of June 2024, the battalion in which Roman served received a special assignment and was redeployed to the Sumy region. At that time, he was performing the duties of the assistant battalion commander - head of the state secret service. His unit was stationed in the village of Khotyn, Sumy district, Sumy region. On August 13, 2024, while performing a combat mission in the Sumy region, he died from a bullet and stab wound. On that day, at approximately 5:00 p.m., he left the location of his unit and did not return. After some time, his comrades found him dead near the location. He received a bullet and a stab wound. Roman died on the spot from acute blood loss.

The Hero was buried on August 22, 2024, on the Alley of Memory in the city of Chuguiv.

Roman is survived by his mother: Necheporenko Raisa Pavlivna, who lives outside the city, his wife: Necheporenko Olena Volodymyrivna, daughter Anna, son Oleksandr, and granddaughter Viktoriya, born in 2008. They all live in the city of Chuguiv.
