Despite the war and the difficulties associated with it, the course towards digitalization remains unchanged. This was the main leitmotif of the visit to Chuguiv by the Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Andriy Dorozhko, and the Director of the Digital Transformation Department of the KHOVA, Vitaliy Shapirko.
During a working meeting with the head of the Chuguivska MVA, Galina Minaeva, representatives of the regional administration discussed a number of working points on the implementation in the Chuguivska community of the requirements that the Ministry of Digital Affairs currently sets for local government bodies. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring that residents have the opportunity to receive administrative and social services at a modern level and of high quality despite the constant threat of blackouts due to strikes by Russian aggressors on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Galina Minaeva raised a number of problematic issues that the Chuguivska community faces on the path to digitalization, including the unsatisfactory quality of telephone and Internet communications in some of its rural settlements.
During their visit to Chuguiv, representatives of the HOVA got acquainted with the work of our ASC, as it is the most objective indicator of the implementation of digitalization in the fields. They were satisfied with what they saw.
In turn, the head of the Chuguiv MVA expressed gratitude to the leadership of the regional administration for the constant support of our community and constant attention to any problematic issues that arise during this difficult time.
