The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 30, 2024 No. 993 approved the Procedure for providing one-time cash assistance to the population during the heating season 2024/2025 for the purchase of solid household fuel (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure).
Recipients There are persons who receive financial assistance for heating, who actually live in residential buildings heated by solid household fuel.
The assistance is paid out of funds from international organizations and is 21,000 hryvnias per household for the entire heating season 2024/2025 provided, if the recipient or another family (household) member did not receive any other assistance (in kind or in cash) for the heating season 2024/25, including from the Federal Fund «"Caritas"», «"Unity for the Future"» and other charitable foundations.
To receive this assistance on time until September 16 It is necessary to submit an application at the location of the household of the actual place of residence of the recipients:
- from among the residents of Chuguiv – to the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council;
- from among the residents of the village of Kamyana Yaruga, the village of Kochetok, the village of Velyka Babka, the village of Pishchane, the village of Zarozhne and the village of Tetleha – to the respective starostats.
According to paragraph 7 of the Procedure when submitting an application,:
1) copy of identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine) the recipient and all family (household) members who actually reside in the relevant household;
2) a copy of the certificate of registration number of the taxpayer's account card of the recipient and all family (household) members who actually reside in the relevant household, except for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and have officially notified the relevant regulatory authority about this and have a mark in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
3) copy of the certificate of registration of an internally displaced person (if there are internally displaced persons in the household);
4) documents confirming the fact of residence in the household: passport of a citizen of Ukraine (with a mark on registration of place of residence) and/or certificate (extract) on registration of place of residence, and/or certificate of examination of the fact of residence of a person without registration of place of residence at a given address, etc.;
5) recipient's bank account details (in IBAN format).
Financial assistance for heating is provided to recipients within the budget determined by the international organization, taking into account the date of submission of the application by the recipient.
